Tausend House: Zerya

Zerya curates a lively selection of disco and house creating a fun and positive energy. Born in Stockholm to Kurdish parents, Zerya is a globetrotting DJ spreading her love for disco and house music. A former TV and radio journalist, she spent a summer in Ibiza interviewing artists for Amnesia and hosted her own show on NTS Radio in London. Zerya’s vibrant sets span the wide spectrum of disco and house, landing her behind the booth with Horse Meat Disco, Dimitri From Paris, Crazy P, Colleen Cosmo Murphy, Antal, Inner City and more.

Her festival appearances include Glastonbury, El Dorado, Secret Garden Party, Kala, Meadows In The Mountains, Wilde Mohre, Bahidorá, One Life and Mystic Creatures. Zerya has played at several international venues and parties including Pikes, Wilde Renate, KitKat, [sic], Sunday Sunday, Departamento and Koko Electronic.
