Entstanden aus einer Verschmelzung des Sounds von 69db – einem Pionier der Free-Party-Bewegung über Spiral Tribe – und der Forschung der Tänzerin Kynsie, taucht Wave Arising durch Musik und Bewegung tief in den gegenwärtigen Moment ein, wo die individuelle Erfahrung im Einklang mit der kollektiven Reise fließen und ebben kann. Die in Melbourne ansässige DJ und Produzentin sowie SYN-Label-Künstlerin Ebony Willis prägt ihre Sets und Produktionen mit Spannung, Atmosphäre und Entdeckungslust und verschmilzt Elemente aus hypnotischem Techno, Drum & Bass, Dark Prog, Forest und Tribe zu sich ständig weiterentwickelnden Reisen. Born from a fusion between the sound of 69db – pioneer of the free party movement via Spiral Tribe – and the research of dancer Kynsie, Wave Arising dives deep into present moment through music and movement – where the individual experience can ebb and flow with the collective journey. Melbourne-based DJ/producer and SYN label artist Ebony Willis shapes her sets and productions with tension, atmosphere and exploration, blending elements from hypnotic techno, drum & bass, dark prog, forest and tribe into evolving journeys.
