KOROWA - A Night of Live and Dark Sounds

KOROWA — A Night of Live and Dark Sounds

Friday, October 23, 2026 | 8mm Bar, Berlin

KOROWA returns to Berlin’s 8mm Bar for another night exploring the darker territories of underground music, where post-punk, darkwave, vintage synthesizers and experimental electronics converge.

Rooted in the rich musical heritage of Eastern Europe’s underground, KOROWA bridges generations, connecting the raw energy of post-punk and coldwave with the hypnotic textures of contemporary electronic sound.

For this edition, two distinctive live acts come together for an intimate night of analogue experimentation, atmospheric soundscapes and uncompromising underground music, followed by a late-night DJ session.

LINEUP

COLD UNION (Poland / Iceland) — LIVE
Darkwave | Post-Punk | Vintage Synth

Formed in Poland and shaped by the stark landscapes of Iceland, Cold Union brings together Julie and Charles, whose sound channels the haunting melancholy of the 1980s through raw basslines, guitars and the distinctive analogue textures of the Korg Poly-800.

Blending darkwave, post-punk and vintage synthesizers, their live performance moves between hypnotic rhythms, atmospheric melodies and the darker edges of underground electronic music.

TOMO IN DER MÜHLEN (Zagreb, Croatia) — LIVE SET + VISUALS
Liquid Textures | Modular Synth | Experimental Electronics

From his roots in the legendary 1980s Yugoslav post-punk scene with Karlovy Vary to his decades of involvement in international techno culture, Tomo in der Mühlen has remained a dedicated explorer of underground electronic music.

Known for his dynamic DJ and hybrid live performances, Tomo returns with a brand-new live modular synthesizer set accompanied by a custom visual setup.

Expect evolving electronic textures, immersive soundscapes and a journey through the deeper, more hypnotic side of analogue synthesis, where sound and visuals come together to set the atmosphere for the night.

KOROWA DJ SET — 22:00
Matko Severin & Tim Gienke

Following the live performances, Matko Severin and Tim Gienke take over for the KOROWA aftershow DJ set, carrying the night further into the darker corners of underground electronic music.
