Ryuichi Sakamoto Opus (Audiophile Screening)

We are moved beyond measure to present Ryuichi Sakamoto’s Opus. ‚The project was conceived as a way to record my performances — while I was still able to perform — in a way that is worth preserving for the future‘. In service of that wish, Circadian is partnering with Funkhaus and Quality Time to present a cinematic screening of Opus across two afternoons. The screenings will take place in Saal 1 of the legendary Funkhaus Berlin, home of our Circadian Gyokuro Atelier. 26th and 27th September. The screenings coincide with the English-language publication of Sakamoto’s autobiography, Music sets you free, and in support of the Hamburger Bahnhof retrospective on Sakamoto. On Saturday (26.9), we will host an interview with Alva Noto. Space is extremely limited and tickets are available to book via our IG page bio. We look forward to welcoming you.
