Picha Congo Fundraiser

Join us at Panke Culture for a fundraising evening in support of Picha, the independent art and research center based in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo.

For years, Picha has provided a vital space for artistic creation, research, experimentation, and critical dialogue, supporting both emerging and established artists while organizing the internationally renowned Lubumbashi Biennale.

Picha is currently facing financial difficulties and has launched a fundraising campaign to help sustain its activities. All proceeds from this event will go directly towards supporting their work.

The evening begins at 21:00 with a screening of films by Frank Mukunday & Tétshum and Mickael-Sltan Mbanza, artists affiliate with Picha Cultural Center.

The event will follow with DJ sets by Congolese DJ Malengo, Marylou, Skratch (Version), Sara Persico & Konikon!
