Under A Groove tings House Music All Night Long NEΦOLOGY: Rooted in Ambient music, the Berlin based multi genre duo focuses on synthesis, harmony and the endless wonders of the clouds above.  After their debut release “CONTINUUM” last year, they now finished working on their follow up EP “QUATERNITAS” which will be released at end of 2027. Under A Groove is excited to have them out of the studio and back on the decks to open the night for us. Michael Fam Egyptian born, LA raised producer, DJ, and events organizer Michael Fam has been putting on for the SoCal music scene for over a decade. His original music productions weave together strong grooves with infectious percussive drive and warm atmospheres. As DJ he has been building up a staggering collection on vinyl while also holding master control over a digital set if and when asked or needed.  With The 900 Block collective, of which he is the Co-founder, he has been shaping, championing and pushing forward the story of the LA underground dance music. From a Sound Nightclub residency, to desert festivals across multiple states and Mexico, to unabridged packed warehouse soirées, Michael Fam has an omnipresent touch on the culture’s pulse.  Dr. Mimi: Clinical Psychologist and Psychedelic therapy researcher, will come to Under A Groove with some forward thinking grooves and bring that inviting joyous Cali sound to YSY.
