Die explosiven Live Shows von IKAN HYU sind aus der Europäischen Musiklandschaft nicht mehr wegzudenken. Die Art und Weise, wie sie zu zweit die Wucht einer ganzen Band erschaffen, ist so einzigartig wie der Sound, der dabei entsteht: frei, glitchy, schön, tiefgründig und unberechenbar. Die beiden Frontfrauen spielen je bis zu drei Instrumente gleichzeitig - bei Hannah sind es akustische und elektronische Drum-Elemente, ein Kaossilator und ein Synth-Bass, bei Anisa ein Drumpad und ein selbst designter E-Gitarre/Keyboard Hybrid, damit sie gleichzeitig Gitarre und Bass spielen kann. Dazu singen beide abwechselnd oder zusammen. Ergänzt durch Artworks, Merchandise-Artikel, Lichtelemente und Bühnenoutfits, alles DIY, erschafft das Duo ein ganzes Universum. The way the duo transmits the energy of a 'whole band' with two people is asunique as the sound that emerges: glitchy, loud, beautiful, free, profound and unpredictable. The two front women each play up to three instruments at the same time - Hannah uses acoustic and electronic drum elements, a kaossilator and a synth bass, while Anisa uses a drum pad and a self-designed electric guitar/keyboard hybrid, which allows her to play guitar and bass at the same time.
