SECOND STRING PRESENTS “GIVE ME A BREAK”
Thu, 01.10.26 - Doors 10pm
GMAB is back at Pudel, this time with a very special guest! We are super excited to present Farsight, a Peruvian-American artist based in Berlin. Drawing inspiration from the UK hardcore continuum, Farsight blends a diverse array of influences shaped by his upbringing and omnivorous taste, showcasing an eclectic and forward-thinking style in both his productions and DJ sets.
With a multitude of EPs released in both digital and vinyl formats, Farsight has released productions with renowned labels such as Fabric (UK), Rinse (UK), Scuffed Recordings (UK), Clasico (UK), and Malocaca Records (Belgium).
Hallmarks of a Farsight set include meticulously selected breaks, bassweight, groove-forward four to the floor, Latin and African rhythms, Jersey and Baltimore club, genre-bending chimaeras, and overlooked gems from years past, present, and future.
We are also welcoming local DJ Nassstya who will team up with Ivaldo Gino. With a strong passion and love for sub driven music and heavy basslines, she’s become a steady part of the northern bass front. Her musical aspiration is to break with the stale construct of subgenre boundaries by celebrating a multifarious bass music culture, making more room for a diverse, safe & inclusive space - not only behind the decks, but also over the speakers and on the dancefloors.
As always, they will be supported by the Second String Crew.
