Giri x Rawa Club - Mexican Ambient Night

Welcome to the 3rd volume of (in)famous Mexican Ambient Night by Rawa Club, on this ocation paired up and hosted by GIRI in the heart of Neukölln.

Rawa Club is a latinx owned label and collective, now based in Berlin. Throught the years Rawa has been hosting a variety of events, focusing and amplifying the Latin American diaspora in Europe with it's distinct club and experimental sounds. For the "Mexican Ambient Night" event series Rawa brings a full line up of mexican artists inviting them to explore a more instrospective approach to their practice as DJs/performers/musicians.

For this 3rd volume we are gladly welcoming:

CONEJX straight out from Ciudad Juarez, founder of Club TQM and one of nothern Mexico's most inspiring talents.

SØMA rails all the way from vibrant Guadalajara, founder of Tiny Raves they have been agitating the scene in the Mexican West for quite some time now as well as lots of international performances.

POLYLITICO aka Hexorcismos, based in Berlin but originary from Tijuana the sound artist, technologist and musician keeps exploring his teknoXamanistic rituals of rhythmic noise soundscapes.

DJ HIDRATACCIONI straight out of Mexico City the cofounder of Rawa Club will be hosting and warming up the night with some deconstructed approaches to cumbias, salsas and a variety of Mexican music.

Expect some sonic experiments, cumbia rebajada, screwed salsa, dub, ambient and other crazy, fun experimental stuff on this intimate and cozy night. Whether you are familiar with Rawa Club's work or new on the block you definitely can't miss this night!
