Operate UKG pres. Mattik

Operate UKG returns to Paloma Berlin on October 16th, 2026 for another night dedicated to the rawer strains of UK Garage.

This edition welcomes Mattik for his Berlin debut, an artist whose productions have become a firm fixture among garage heads over the past years. Moving between dark, swung 2-step and heavyweight speed garage pressure, his sound has earned support from some of the genre’s leading names while staying firmly rooted in the more uncompromising side of UKG.

With recent releases on labels including Hardline, ec2a, Instinct / Constant Sound, ATW and the legendary Locked On Records, alongside recent tours across Japan, Australia and Thailand, this is an artist fully locked into the current pulse of underground garage music.

Also making his Berlin debut is Melbourne/Naarm-based DJ and radio host Campbell. He has long been honing his craft, drawing on his UK roots to establish himself as a staple of the local bass music scene. As host of PBS 106.7FM’s The Blend, which recently celebrated 21 years of broadcasting, his weekly programme has become an integral part of the city’s rich musical fabric. On The Blend, Campbell showcases a diverse mix of electronic music from across the heavier end of the spectrum.

Completing the guests of the night is Stuttgart-based Clot, a versatile DJ rooted in Dub, Jungle and Garage. He is a co-host of the experimental listening session “nische” and regularly involved in soundsystem events with the Railroad Records crew.
