Spooky Surf Club with c00lm8, helena & Soft Force

For the first time Spooky Surf Club is hosting a night at Düsseldorf's last left-leaning alternative club WP8. The venue is known for its intimate atmosphere whether it's on the dance floor or downstairs - just right to spend hours of dancing, connecting with like-minded people and old friends.

Chiara aka c00lm8 is no longer an unknown name in the scene. She played venues like blechsonne festival(NL), Gewölbe(Cologne) & Renate(Berlin) - just to name a few. As part of Vement Chiara also became a driving force in Cologne's underground scene by hosting top-notch off-location raves and hosting a residency at Ursprung Fi(Cologne).
c00lm8 contributed a deep & progressive recording to our Session series on Soundcloud and we had the honor to have her spinning records at the 2nd Spooky Surf Club open air earlier this year.

Originally from Ukraine, now based in Duesseldorf Denys aka Soft Force is part of Avontuur collective and he quickly made a name for himself within the local underground scene. His record collection ranges from the roots of UK Tech House to mesmerizing Deep House to Techno to Trance and even to funkiest Downtempo tunes. You see: Denys view on music is anything but narrow-minded.

Our very own helena will represent the crew this night. The up-and-coming selector already started to explore the underground's dance floors when she was a teenager and never lost the love for House music ever since. Two years ago helena decided that her time has come to start collecting records and become a vinyl-only DJ to express her distinctive taste in music. Her sound is driven by nastiest bass lines, atmospheric soundscapes and hip-shaking rhythm.

The club is located close to Duesseldorf main station(6 minutes walk). Gates open 23:00.
