ATTUNED PRESENTS OVERCAPACITY 001: HERE

Remaining with intensity, together.

Every emotion has a limit. OVERCAPACITY is a new event series exploring what happens when we reach it, what becomes possible when we remain present, and what it feels like to find our way back.

Every emotional state has its own resonance. Attuned works with frequency, sound and vibration to help us feel what is happening in the body, stay present with intensity and begin to shift our state. For OVERCAPACITY, the sound system becomes an instrument for the nervous system, moving us collectively from stillness into activation, rhythm and release.

The night opens with Thomas Hübl, named among the world’s 100 most spiritually influential people, guiding a live attunement and co-regulation session while BEC performs an ambient set through a custom Restless Audio sub-bass sound system with six subs.

Sit on the floor. Feel the frequencies move through your body. Arrive.

From there, the room slowly shifts. A special live artist, soon to be announced, takes us from an electronic sound bath into faster tempos before Berghain resident Answer Code Request closes the night with a special techno set.

ATTUNED

Attuned is an iOS nervous-system regulation app combining sound, frequency and haptic vibration with real human support for life’s most intense moments. Launching publicly at OVERCAPACITY, every attendee will receive a unique Founding Human number, giving them priority access to future Attuned events, experiences and product releases. Attendees will be signed up to our waitlist.

TICKETS

The first 100 tickets are free of charge for Attuned’s alpha and waitlist community. These tickets require arrival in time for the opening attunement session.

This edition supports suicide prevention. Money from every paid ticket will be donated to a Berlin suicide-prevention organisation, with the remaining ticket income covering the essential costs of producing the event. Attuned takes no profit.

There is no open guest list beyond participating artists and the working team.

This building holds a deep queer history. Attuned enters it as a guest, with respect for the communities that shaped it.

Attuned is a Berlin startup building tools and human support for regulating your nervous system. Over Capacity is where we practise it together, in a room, with music.
