Aircraft — Frankfurt am Main / Elfer Club

Aircraft returns to Frankfurt am Main for a special live show at Elfer Club on 5 December.

Founded in Kyiv in 2011 by Ukrainian musician Danyil Merkulov, Aircraft has spent more than a decade developing a distinctive blend of dream pop, shoegaze, synth-driven melancholy and dark electronic textures. Following performances at ESNS, Fusion Festival, Kalabalik Festival and shows across Europe, Aircraft continues its live journey with a set spanning its fifteen-year catalogue.

The show will feature “Тигролови” (“Tiger Hunters”), Aircraft’s latest work — a six-song conceptual journey through the emotional landscape of Ukraine, drawing on history, folklore, cultural memory and the everyday experience of survival. The EP explores the forces that shape generations and the resilience required to endure them.

Support: LEBENSHILFE, a project by Franz Rakowitz, joins the evening with a live set bringing another perspective on contemporary electronic and alternative music.

An evening of dark textures, dream pop, electronic experimentation and new Ukrainian music.
